LEGEND OF HEROES by Bandai for the PSP takes players to a magical world of heroes, villains, and monsters in a sweeping RPG storyline with over 100 characters and a solid 50 plus hours of gameplay. The land of El Phildin has suffered from endless war. As the wars end and peace is restored, one young girl, Eimelle, is taken by the darkness. Desiring to save his sister from the evil that has befallen her, Avin begins his quest to find her after she is kidnapped during a raid by a cult. LEGEND OF HEROES is actually the second installment in a trilogy of games, although each game’s storyline is self-contained and doesn’t rely on previous knowledge of the other games. One unique twist in LEGEND OF HEROES is the addition of a pet. Players can select an animal companion for Avin and, through training, feeding, and care, the pet will help Avin in a number of ways. By taking good care of their pet, players will be rewarded with a little bit of extra help in battles. Along the way, Avin will also find friends and companions to help him out on his quest to save Eimelle. PSP gamers who have been waiting for an RPG for the system won’t need to wait anymore. LEGEND OF HEROES has a great storyline, compelling characters,
and excellent graphics, everything that a good RPG needs to have. Gamers will spend hours battling to save Eimelle and the world from darkness.
